Terms of Service
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Appventures App, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”, “The Client”), You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
I reserve the right, at My sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://appventures.app/support/terms/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
iamskog LLC can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
I want you to be completely thrilled about your experience working with Me on Your project. If, by the end of our discovery call, You're not entirely excited and optimistic about working together, I will gladly refund Your entire Validation Package purchase and thank You for Your time and consideration. Once You're ready to proceed from the discovery call and I begin the market research and ad campaign design for Your app, full or partials refunds will be granted at My sole discretion.
If I am not a good fit for the project or am unable to complete Your Validation Package, a full refund will be issued.
All Terms (including Refund / Cancellation Policy) for Custom Development will be written into a Custom Development Work Agreement that You and I will both sign prior to beginning any Custom Development.
Your App Support subscription will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your subscription or I terminate it. You must provide a current, valid credit card to use the App Support service. I will bill the monthly subscription fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by The Client. You must cancel Your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fees to Your Payment Method. You may cancel at any time, and You will continue to receive Your App Support benefits until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be granted for any unused portion of Your App Support subscription.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the iamskog Services, and you agree to update Your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that iamskog may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to Your Account.
You agree that iamskog, including but not limited to iamskog Products and Services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement iamskog Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by iamskog and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the iamskog Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the iamskog Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from iamskog. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the iamskog Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the iamskog brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, iamskog and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any iamskog products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the iamskog brand at any time without notice. In no event will iamskog be liable for making these changes. iamskog may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of iamskog Services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to iamskog LLC (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by iamskog and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF iamskog LLC, EXCEPT FOR USE OF iamskog LLC AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
iamskog, the iamskog logo, other iamskog trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with iamskog LLC are trademarks or registered trademarks of iamskog LLC. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with iamskog Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
iamskog makes every effort to maintain the highest possible work standards, however cannot accept responsibility for any loss, expense or liability of any kind incurred whilst preparing work for The Client in a freelance capacity. To the extent permitted by law, iamskog shall not be liable to The Client or to any third party for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with the provision of services. The Client will indemnify and holds harmless the Consultant from and against any claims, costs, expenses, negligence, actions or suits suffered, sustained or incurred by the Client or any third party. This includes, without limitation, interruptions caused by acts of Nature, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or otherwise, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
